LUHV Food

LUHV Food is a family-run, vegan food company, focused on being environmentally friendly, nutritious, and affordable.

We helped LUHV Foods:

  • Develop strategies to communicate its mission and branding across various marketing channels

  • Conduct an analysis to recommend potential locations for expansion, and develop sales forecast model to determine viability

  • Research various certifications for LUHV’s factories, and perform cost-benefits analysis to determine which is most beneficial

 

Pixel Parlor

Pixel Parlor is a design studio that offers web/digital alongside branding/experiential design services and is a certified B Corporation.

We helped Pixel Parlor:

  • Identify a list of potential B Corp clients and guide Pixel Parlor’s vendors, suppliers, and developers to be more sustainable.

  • Identify growth opportunities, explore viability to offer their experience as a consulting service, and conduct market research for new clients. 

  • Identify KPIs needed to track their B Corp status and recommend how to organize these metrics into an excel spreadsheet. 

 

Sage SEO

Sage SEO is a technology company that leverages software to provide subscribers with an affordable SEO strategy.

We helped Sage SEO:

  • Build relationships with Digital Marketing Agencies and Accelerators and develop a go-to-market strategy for these channels.

  • Plan for growth (35 to 1000 customers), improve efficiency, and identify potential growing pains.

  • Perform a financial market analysis to determine pricing as Sage continues to enter new markets to SEO and keyword optimization.

 

Samsara Sari

Samsara is a sustainable fashion company that creates custom apparel, accessories, and home products made from the sari garment

We helped Samsara Sari:

  • Analyze the new website and provide feedback. In addition, develop an effective social media to represent and highlight peak posting times

  • Research potential micro influencers and compile a list of suggested influencers to partner with 

  • Estimated the market size and created financial projections to determine the validity of the sales targets/create new goals 

 

Weckerly’s

Weckerly’s is a Philadelphia-based ice cream company with locally sourced ingredients and a focus on creating products and experiences that make people feel good

We helped Weckerly’s:

  • Create financial projections to determine the value of the company and evaluate where the business will be in 3 to 5 years.

  • Recommend target locations for a third location and analyze potential new markets.

  • Develop a system to track and monitor their fluctuating labor costs.
